Hello Erin,
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your Product Ads account.
On the Seller Central log in page at sellercentral.amazon.com, there is a "Help" link below the "Sign in" button. If you click the link you will be sent to a page with next steps if you have received an error with your e-mail or password combination or forgotten your password.
Please reply if you are still unable to access your account.

Help! I'm trying to get started with Product Ads, and am so frustrated! A colleague setup a Seller Central account, so Amazon won't let me setup a Product Ads account for the same company (even though we're not selling on Amazon). And now we are all locked out of our Seller Central account so I can't even go in and delete or modify account details to enable me to start doing product ads. I'm about ready to give up - I'm shocked that an Amazon service is this messed up! Please help.
