Time for a vacation?

Now that the rush of the holiday and text book seasons are over, you may be thinking of taking a little time off and might be wondering how to handle your listings while you are away. You can put your listings in "Vacation" mode by accessing the Settings section of your seller account, clicking "Edit" in the Listings Status section and selecting the  "Inactive" option. This will temporarily make your listings unavailable for purchase. Once you have returned, you can set your listings to "Active" as soon as you wish to begin selling again.

Key points to know:

·         It can take up to 36 hours for the status change to take full effect.

·         FBA and WebStore listings will also be unavailable for purchase while your items are in the Inactive status.

·         Any orders placed prior to you setting your items to Inactive, even if they are pending, will still continue to process.
