Problem with printing postage for an INTERNATIONAL shipment. After paying for the postage I got a message saying that printing of international postage labels require an Adobe PDF file that is only available on their website. I clicked on the link for that website & got a message saying this website was not available. I applied for a refund for the postage but never got the refund. I took the item to my post office & I paid for the shipping there, so I've paid twice for the shipping and am out $13.75 on the cost.
Has anyone had an experience like this?

Is this just available through the Web UI or is there any kind of new API functions/calls that allow for interfacing with the Shipping Service?
