You can use Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS) to request many different report types, in both tab-delimited flat file and XML formats, such as order reports, active listings, unshipped orders, and many more. Amazon MWS also allows you to manage many aspects of your Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) business.
If you are registered to use FBA, there are several report types that will make it easier to run your business. For example, there are daily and monthly inventory history reports, which give you historical snapshots of your available inventory in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, including the quantity, location, and disposition.
Another very useful FBA report is the FBA customer returns report. It contains all the items that customers have returned that have been received at an Amazon fulfillment center. The report includes the return reason and disposition.
If you’re interested in learning more about using Amazon MWS to help manage your FBA business, the Amazon MWS Developer Guide contains a list of all the available report types, and the operations you can use for requesting them.
