In our past blog posts, we discussed the importance of using analytics to measure CPC performance. Most recently, we have asked two leading feed providers GoDatafeed and Versafeed to describe the analytics packages they offer.
GoDataFeed integrates its analytics modules with cost reports from shopping channels, to provide relevant performance metrics. GoDataFeed also offers a Performance Alert module, which allows retailers to set up alerts based on business rules and ensures that campaigns are not deviating from the retailers' objectives. Another useful GoDataFeed tool is their Performance Index, which shows trends for clicks, conversions, and revenue, helping a retailer quickly identify any issues such as lack of funds or activity in an account.
Versafeed uses Google Analytics with client accounts, tagging all URLs of a client to integrate seamlessly with Google Analytics. For an additional monthly fee, Versafeed analyzes Google Analytics accounts and makes channel recommendations.
